Shipping & Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened, unsealed, or used products unless the packaging was damaged during shipment, or if you have experienced an allergic reaction. Daydreams Beauty Boutique reserves the right to ask for photos if an exchange or return is requested. All returns and exchanges must be requested within 72 hours of receiving your products. All products must be in original packaging. Return shipping costs will not be refunded or credited.
WHO DOES THIS POLICY APPLY TO?
- The Returns Policy below applies only to Online Retail Customers buying on daydreamsbeautyboutique.com.
- If you are a Retail Customer who purchased an Eminence product from a website or physical location that is not daydreamsbeautyboutique.com, please contact the spa or website from which you purchased the product. Each spa and website have their own return policy.
How much does shipping cost?
We have a flat rate shipping fee of $20 on all delivery orders.
How are orders shipped?
All orders from Daydreams Beauty Boutique are shipped via Canada Post expedited shipping.
When should my order arrive?
Orders should arrive within 1-7 business days. As we are located in Manitoba, regional orders can expect 1-4 business day shipping, and national orders (Ontario, Quebec, Newfoundland, etc) should expect your order within 3-7 business days.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, you should receive a tracking number within 24-48 hours of placing your order.
Where do you ship to?

Do you ship to PO boxes?
Is shipping affected by COVID-19?
Daydreams Beauty Boutique remains fully operational during the COVID-19 Pandemic. In some cases, there may be a slight delay in shipping due to high volumes of packages in the Canada Post shipping system. We will do our part to ensure your order gets to you in a timely manner, but please note some delays are out of our control.
